7-Day Return Window
You’ve got 7 days from when your order lands to let us know if something isn’t right. Check your items as soon as they arrive—if they’re damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out right away so we can fix it fast.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@thestickerstudio.shop with your order number, what went wrong, and a few photos if possible.

We’ll review your request and figure out the best next step together.

If your return is approved, you’ll just cover the return shipping. Once we get your item back, we’ll process your refund within 1 business day. (Heads up—your bank might take up to 7 days to post it.)

A Few Exceptions
Custom Stickers, Surprise Me! Stickers, Vinyl Cutoff packs and final-sale items can’t be returned unless we made a mistake on our end.
